Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sole or orange roughy fillets
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (2.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon

    Rinse fish and pat dry.

    Arrange in 3 quart baking dish with thick portions toward outside of dish.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a 4 cup measuring glass.

    Pour evenly over fish. Cover with plastic wrap.

    Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

    Let stand 5 minutes.
