  • 2 lb. fish fillet
  • 1 large stalk celery
  • 1 large carrot
  • butter
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can tomato and mushroom sauce
  • salt and pepper

    Spread butter on baking pan.

    Dice vegetables and place in pan.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Place fish on vegetables and pour tomato sauce over entire pan.

    Dot with more butter.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour until fish is brown.
