- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. curry
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 lb. white fish fillet
- 3 onions, cut into rings
Directions

1Blend all ingredients in blender, except fish and onions. Layer fish and onion rings; pour curry mixture over.
