- 4 fresh or frozen fish fillets (suitable for baking)
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. onion (green or white)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- garlic
- parsley
Directions

1In baking dish, microwave all ingredients, except fish, on High for 1 minute.

2Add fish to dish.

3Spoon sauce over.

4Cover with wax paper.

5Cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes, rotating once, if necessary, or until fish flakes with fork.
