- 3/4 c. French salad dressing
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 slices mild cheese, diced
Directions

1Marinate fish in salad dressing for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

2Broil, bottom side up, until slightly brown, 5 or 6 minutes.

3Combine crumbs and cheese.

4Put on fish, right side up.

5Broil for about 7 minutes.
