- haddock or other fish
- milk
- flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- plain bread crumbs
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1Soak the fish in milk for 1 hour.

2Dip the fish into the seasoned flour.

3Beat the eggs with 1/4 cup milk; add salt and pepper.

4Dip the fish in this mixture.

5Dip the fish in the bread crumbs.

6Fry the fish in hot oil.

7Brown it fast; turn it over. Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
