  • haddock or other fish
  • milk
  • flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • plain bread crumbs
  • oil (for frying)

    Soak the fish in milk for 1 hour.

    Dip the fish into the seasoned flour.

    Beat the eggs with 1/4 cup milk; add salt and pepper.

    Dip the fish in this mixture.

    Dip the fish in the bread crumbs.

    Fry the fish in hot oil.

    Brown it fast; turn it over. Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
