- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. fish fillets (perch, red snapper or cod, etc.)
- 1 c. chopped, fresh tomatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves, minced
- black pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed (optional)
Directions

1Tear large enough piece of foil to envelope fish.

2Place fish on foil.

3Top with tomatoes, green peppers, onion, garlic, pepper and dill weed.

4Place foil pouch on baking sheet.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 6 servings.
