- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 12 lbs red snapper
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Pour butter in a baking dish and arrange sliced onions on the bottom.

2Place fish in a single layer on top of the onions.

3Combine mayo, Parmesan Cheese, lemon juice, paprika, salt, oregano and parsley.

4Spread evenly over the top of the fish.

5Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes.
