- 2 lb. fillet of haddock or flounder
- 1 medium onion
- 3 oz. melted butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. cold milk
- 2 heaping Tbsp. matzo meal
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten well
Directions

1Grind fish in food grinder.

2Grate onion on fine side.

3Add eggs, pepper and salt, butter and beat in milk gradually.

4Put into 9 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.

5Bake for 1 hour at 350° to 375°.
