- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- shortening or cooking oil (just enough to fry them)
Directions

1Mix fish, egg, onion and cracker crumbs in a bowl.

2Heat the shortening or oil in a skillet.

3Spoon fish mixture in skillet, flattening each spoonful to a patty, and brown on both sides.
