  • 1 Pack of fish pie mix
  • 1 Pack of prawns
  • 1 Leek
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1 Handful of parsley
  • 1 pints Semi skimmed milk

    Peel and chop potatoes.

    Boil and mash.

    Steam leeks while cooking potatoes

    Meanwhile poach the fish medley in the milk

    When fish is ready drain, but keep the milk

    Make a roux sauce using the poaching milk

    Put cooked fish, leek, prawns, parsley and roux sauce in dish
  8. 8
    Cover with mashed potato and grate cheese if required
