  • lemon sole (4 pieces all the same size)
  • garlic salt and chives
  • Swiss cheese
  • salt, pepper, paprika and butter
  • sour cream, parsley and butter

Directions

    Remove small bone of fish by cutting in half.

    Sprinkle with garlic salt and chives.

    Cut Swiss cheese in strips.
  4. 4
    Put several strips in fish slice and roll up.
  5. 5
    Repeat for each fish piece. Cover top of fish with salt, pepper, paprika and butter.

    Broil until golden brown.

    Dot with sour cream, parsley and butter just before completely done.
