- lemon sole (4 pieces all the same size)
- garlic salt and chives
- Swiss cheese
- salt, pepper, paprika and butter
- sour cream, parsley and butter
Directions

1Remove small bone of fish by cutting in half.

2Sprinkle with garlic salt and chives.

3Cut Swiss cheese in strips.

4Put several strips in fish slice and roll up.

5Repeat for each fish piece. Cover top of fish with salt, pepper, paprika and butter.

6Broil until golden brown.

7Dot with sour cream, parsley and butter just before completely done.
