- 3/4 lb. fatback
- 4 lb. onions
- 8 cans tomato soup
- 4 cans water
- 1 bottle ketchup
- 1 bottle Texas Pete
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce (5 oz.)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 15 lb. fillet of flounder
Directions

1Dice fatback and fry until crisp.

2Dice onions and cook in fatback grease until brown.

3Prepare this over medium heat.

4Add soup, water, ketchup, Texas Pete, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

5Simmer for 1 hour.

6Add fillet of flounder and allow to cook about 15 minutes or until done.

7Serves 20 to 25 people.
