- 3 lb. flounder fillet
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 bottle catsup
- 1 oz. Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Fry the bacon.

2Remove bacon from pan and brown onions in drippings.

3Place 3 cups of water in separate large pot.

4Bring to boil. Pour onions and drippings into water.

5Add fish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

6Cook fish until completely done.

7Add catsup and tomato paste.

8Cook on simmer for 2 hours. Serve over rice.
