- 1 small can salmon
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 strip bacon, diced
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 to 4 small eggs
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 2 to 3 c. water
Directions

1Peel onion and potatoes; dice. Place 2 to 3-quart pot on burner; heat.

2Add diced bacon, brown.

3Add water, potatoes and onion.

5Add salmon after bone is removed and broken into small pieces.

6Heat to boiling, add seasoning and eggs, one at a time; add catsup.
