- 1 lb. ahi or marlin, cut in bite-sized pieces (about 1 x 1 x 1/2-inch thick)
- 2/3 c. shoyu
- garlic
- ginger juice
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- water
Directions

1Prepare marinade with shoyu, crushed garlic and ginger juice to taste.

2Marinate fish in sauce overnight or longer.

3Prepare batter by mixing Bisquick, flour and water to desired consistency. Coat each marinated piece of fish with flour.

4Dip in batter and deep fry.
