  • 1 lb. ahi or marlin, cut in bite-sized pieces (about 1 x 1 x 1/2-inch thick)
  • 2/3 c. shoyu
  • garlic
  • ginger juice
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • water

Directions

    Prepare marinade with shoyu, crushed garlic and ginger juice to taste.

    Marinate fish in sauce overnight or longer.

    Prepare batter by mixing Bisquick, flour and water to desired consistency. Coat each marinated piece of fish with flour.

    Dip in batter and deep fry.
