  • 1 cup cooked flaked fish
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 shallot (or 1 t. chopped chives)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 13 cup milk
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Directions

    Combine fish, potatoes, mustard, shallot and parsley.

    Heat milk and butter until the latter melts; mix it into fish.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Put into a sprayed pie dish.

    Dot surface with more butter.

    Bake at 350 until hot and brown.
