- 2 lbs haddock
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Rinse and pat dry haddock.

3salt and pepper to taste.

4sprinkle with lemon juice.

5place fish in casserole dish.

6mix soup and sour cream together.

7layer onion, soup mixture and cheese on top of fish.

8repeat fish, onion, soup mix and cheese till you use all.

9cover and bake for 35-40 minutes until fish is done.

10We usually serve over baked potato or rice.
