  • 1 cup softened unsalted butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup EACH
  • 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter chips
  • 2/3 cup vanilla chip
  • 2/3 cup butterscotch chips (YES-this many chips!!)

Directions

    Cream the butter, sugars, and peanut butter. Add eggs (one at a time), beating well after each addition.

    Beat in the vanilla.

    Combine the dry ingredients and add gradually to the creamed mixture.

    Add the chips. Use a small scoop to drop onto a parchment covered baking sheet.

    Bake at 350°F for about 10-12 minutes. Cool for 1 minute then move to a wire rack.
