- 1 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup EACH
- 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup peanut butter chips
- 2/3 cup vanilla chip
- 2/3 cup butterscotch chips (YES-this many chips!!)
Directions

1Cream the butter, sugars, and peanut butter. Add eggs (one at a time), beating well after each addition.

2Beat in the vanilla.

3Combine the dry ingredients and add gradually to the creamed mixture.

4Add the chips. Use a small scoop to drop onto a parchment covered baking sheet.

5Bake at 350°F for about 10-12 minutes. Cool for 1 minute then move to a wire rack.

6This makes a BUNCH.
