  • 1 c. mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 oz. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. shredded coconut
  • 3/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 tsp. sugar or sugar substitute

Directions

    Combine the orange sections, pineapple chunks, coconut and marshmallows.

    Blend the vanilla and sugar into yogurt and combine with fruit.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
