- 1 c. mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 oz. miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 c. shredded coconut
- 3/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 tsp. sugar or sugar substitute
Directions

1Combine the orange sections, pineapple chunks, coconut and marshmallows.

2Blend the vanilla and sugar into yogurt and combine with fruit.

3Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
