- 1/3 cup tahini
- juice from 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions

1- Drain canned chickpeas, reserving some of the canning liquid.

2- Combine ingredients in food processor.

3- Process until smooth; adding reserved liquid if necessary.

4- Serve with pita wedges or vegetable sticks.
