  • 2 cans pineapple tidbits, drained

  • 1 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
  • 4 lb. potatoes (all-purpose), peeled
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1 tsp. whole celery seed
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • paprika
