- 3 c. sugar
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
- 5 eggs, well beaten
- 3 c. flour, all purpose
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. coconut flavor
- 1 tsp. rum extract
- 1 tsp. butter flavor
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Cream butter, shortening, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs which have been beaten until lemon colored.

2Combine flour and baking powder and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.

3Stir in flavoring.

4Spoon in 10-inch bundt pan.

5Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

6Cool in pan for about 10 minutes.

7Put icing over cake.
