- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
- 5 eggs, well beaten
- 3 c. flour
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1 tsp. rum
- 1 tsp. butter extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Cream butter, shortening and sugar until fluffy.

2Add extracts, flavoring and eggs.

3Sift together flour, salt and baking powder; add to mixture alternately with sour cream.

4Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.

5Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325° or until done.
