- 5 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. coconut
- 1 tsp. lemon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. rum
Directions

1Cream butter, oil and sugar.

3Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk.

5Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
