- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 6 medium potatoes, cut in length
- 6 carrots, cut in 1 to 2-inch lengths
- 2 sticks celery, cut in 1-inch length
- 4 to 6 onions, quartered
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
Directions

1Put meat and vegetables in roaster or Dutch oven. Salt and pepper to taste.

2Sprinkle with tapioca.

5Cover and bake 5 hours at 275°.
