  • 3 lb. stew meat
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, cut up
  • 2 c. carrots, chunked
  • 5 medium potatoes, chunked
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 can tomato, celery or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. water to rinse can

Directions
