  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 6 to 8 carrots
  • 6 to 8 small potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions

    Cut onion, celery, carrots and small potatoes into large chunks.

    Layer in order in roasting pan.

    Mix the soups together and pour over mixture. Sprinkle 1 package onion soup mix over top. Cover and bake 5 hours at 225°.
