  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 4 carrots, cut up
  • 2 c. tomatoes (1 can)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • garlic clove (if desired)
  • 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca, drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts
