- 2 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
- 3 large carrots, sliced medium thick
- 3 medium potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 can LeSueur green peas, drained (reserve liquid)
- 3 medium onions, quartered
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 liquid from peas
Directions

1Place first 8 ingredients in large casserole.

2Combine tomato soup, mushroom soup and liquid from peas.

3Pour soup mixture over casserole.

4Toss lightly.

5Cover.

6Bake 5 hours at 275°.
