  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 6 carrots, cut in chunks
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 potatoes, quartered
  • 1 pt. tomatoes or tomato juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. Minute tapioca
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Put all ingredients together in a pan or casserole dish with a tight-fitting lid.
