  • 2 lb. beef, cubed
  • 6 carrots, sliced
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 onions, sliced
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 (1 lb.) can tomato juice
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a pan; cover.

    Bake at 250° for 5 hours.

    May use any vegetables; corn is good.

    May also use chili pepper, paprika, dash of cinnamon or garlic flakes in addition to salt and pepper.
