- 1/2 raw cucumber, scrubbed and sliced very thin (unpeeled)
- 2 c. shredded raw green leaf vegetable (spinach, lettuce or cabbage)
- 1 tomato, cubed
- 1/2 c. leftover lean meat, shredded
- 4 raw mushrooms, sliced
Directions

1Heat the broth.

2Add the vegetables and meat.

3Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.

4Serve immediately.
