  • 1/2 raw cucumber, scrubbed and sliced very thin (unpeeled)
  • 2 c. shredded raw green leaf vegetable (spinach, lettuce or cabbage)
  • 1 tomato, cubed
  • 1/2 c. leftover lean meat, shredded
  • 4 raw mushrooms, sliced
