- 2 c. sifted flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2/3 c. skim milk
Directions

1Sift flour, baking powder and salt together into a mixing bowl.

2Pour oil and milk into one measuring cup but do not stir. Add all at once to flour mixture.

3Stir quickly with a fork until dough clings together.

4Knead the dough lightly about 10 times. Place the dough on a piece of waxed paper, 12 x 16-inches.

5Pat dough out to about 1/2-inch thick.

6Cut with unfloured medium-sized cookie cutter.

7Place biscuits onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 475° for 12 to 15 minutes.

8Yields 12 (2-inch biscuits).
