- 2 c. sifted flour (all-purpose)
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2/3 c. skim milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Sift flour, baking powder and salt together into mixing bowl.

3Pour oil and milk together and add to flour mixture.

4Mix and pour out on floured surface.

5Knead about 10 times.

6Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.

7Cut with medium-size cutter and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
