- 1/4 tsp. each: basil leaves and oregano leaves
- 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 thin chicken cutlets (4 oz. each)
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, basil and oregano.

3Dip 1 cutlet into yogurt and then into crumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.

4Repeat with other cutlet.
