Directions

   Fill a shot glass 3/4 full of Amaretto.

   Top with 151 (enough to make a flame).

   Place the shot glass in a larger glass.

   Fill the larger glass with beer close to the level of the shot glass.

   Light the Amaretto/151 and let it burn a few seconds.

   Blow it out (or not, if you're brave) and slam it.
