Ingredients

  • 9 inches graham cracker crust
  • 15 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red food coloring
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Directions

    Put egg yolks in large bowl of mixer and beat well.

    Beat in the lemon juice, rind and vanilla.

    Add the milk slowly.

    Blend in the coloring and pour into crust.

    Bake in 325* oven for 20 minutes.

    Top with 1/2 pint sourcream mixed with 1 Tbsp sugar.

    Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

    Return to oven for 5 more minutes, chill well before serving.
