- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- hot water
Directions

1Put sugar in top of double boiler and caramelize, stirring constantly, over low heat.

2Beat eggs.

3Pour out milk and use can to measure.

4Add 2 cans of hot water to the milk, vanilla and salt.

5Add to eggs.

6Add everything to caramelized sugar which should coat the sides and bottom of the pan.

7Cook in double boiler for 45 minutes.

8When done, the caramel is still around the sides of the custard and is like a sauce.
