- 10 large egg yolks
- 1/2 can condense milk
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
Directions

1Combine the egg yolks, evap milk, and condense milk.

2Lightly mix it together using a fork.

3Do not beat and remain from creating bubbles.

4Set aside.

5Using a lanera (or any baking pan oval shape or whatever shape ypu prefer) put in the brown sugar.

6Melt the sugar on top of the heat until brown/blackish color comes out.

7Do not burn.

8When done.

9Pour the egg yolk mixture to the lanera.

10In a preheated oven.

11Bake the flan using a water bath method.

12(place the lanera on a oven pan with 1inch water on it).

13Bake for 30min
-
14Do not overbake as the eggs will get hard.

15Keep in checking them in the oven.

16Transfer to plate when done.
