- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. coarse ground pepper
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 2 crushed garlic cloves or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Marinate flank steak overnight or all day.

3Broil on both sides about 10 minutes.

4For serving, cut steak on diagonal very thinly.

5Use 3 steaks (about 4 pounds) for 8 adults.

6Makes 1 quart marinade.
