- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
Directions

1Shake well or stir to blend all ingredients.

2Pour over a flank steak in glass dish.

3Marinate for 12 hours (approximately), turning meat.

4Store in refrigerator.

5Pour off marinade and save.

6Grill steak approximately 10 minutes.

7Slice thin.

8Serve with green salad and scalloped potatoes.
