- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1 to 2 flank steaks
Directions

1Place flank steak in shallow baking dish (laying flat).

2Mix all ingredients together, pour over steak and refrigerate; letting it marinate all day, turning occasionally.

3Barbecue or broil each side until desired doneness.

4Carve diagonally into thin slices and serve with your favorite salad, crusty bread and baked potatoes. Yields 3 servings per steak.
