- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 flank steaks
Directions

1Place steak flat in shallow baking dish.

2Mix all ingredients and pour over steak.

3Let stand all day, turning occasionally or refrigerate overnight.

4Barbecue 5 minutes on each side or broil 2 minutes on each side.

5Cut diagonally into thin strips.
