Ingredients
- 2 pounds Organic Lean Flank Steak
- 1 whole Onion, Sliced
- 1 head Garlic, Peeled And Minced
- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Red Wine
- 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
Directions

1Simply place steak into a large dish.

2Mix all ingredients for marinade in a bowl.

3Pour over steak and onions.

4Cover.

5Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

6The longer the better.

7I like to do mine overnight.

8Heat grill.

9Cook about 6 minutes per side.

10until desired doneness is reached.

11Let steak rest 5 minutes before cutting into it.

12Note: I save my marinade juices and onions and cook them in a skillet and serve with the steak.
