  • 2 pounds Organic Lean Flank Steak
  • 1 whole Onion, Sliced
  • 1 head Garlic, Peeled And Minced
  • 1/2 cups Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cups Red Wine
  • 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

    Simply place steak into a large dish.

    Mix all ingredients for marinade in a bowl.

    Pour over steak and onions.

    Cover.

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    The longer the better.

    I like to do mine overnight.

    Heat grill.

    Cook about 6 minutes per side.

    until desired doneness is reached.

    Let steak rest 5 minutes before cutting into it.

    Note: I save my marinade juices and onions and cook them in a skillet and serve with the steak.
