- 1 lb bacon
- garlic salt
- lemon pepper
Directions

1Cut flank steaks into 1-inch wide strips along the grain.

2Take 1 strip of bacon and lay flat.

3Place 1 steak strip on bacon and sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper.

4Roll up and secure with toothpicks.

5Place on grill and cover lid for 20-30 minutes. (Watch for flareups.)
