  • 12 cup almond milk, vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons Better 'n Peanut Butter spread
  • 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
  • 4 teaspoons protein powder, your favorite brand (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon oat bran
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (optional)
  • 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 18 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground allspice
  • 1 34 cups ice cubes
