- 12 lb vanilla wafer
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine
- 1 12 cups powdered sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 12 pint whipping cream (room temperature)
Directions

1Crush vanilla wafers into crumbs.

2Put half of crumbs in bottom of casserole, bowl, or baking dish.

3Cream margarine and sugar together.

4Add beaten eggs.

5Beat until smooth and creamy.

6Pour mixture over crumbs.

7Whip cream (after leaving at room temperature).

8Add crushed pineapple to cream.

9Pour over first mixture.

10Cover with rest of crumbs.

11Refrigerate overnight.
