  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 egg yolks (save whites for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Topping
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons icing sugar
