  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • few shakes crushed red hot pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 17 oz. olive oil

Directions

    Wash the rosemary if you must; dry thoroughly.

    (Oil and water do not mix.)

    In a 17-ounce bottle of olive oil, add the first 3 ingredients.

    Shake well before use.

    Use on anything for which you use olive oil.

    Do not store in the refrigerator.
